This document is published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, which mandates the publication of the rules and regulations, privacy policy, and Terms of Use for access or usage of the domain name [www.gnggo.com] (“Website”), including any related mobile applications (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).

The Platform is owned and operated by Get n Go Impex Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office located at D-878, LGF, New Friends Colony, New Delhi-110025, operates under the brand name “GNGGO.” The company provides a marketplace for auto parts, accessories, and related services through its website and mobile applications (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). Your access to and use of these services (“Services”) are governed by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”).

Your access, use, or transactions on the Platform are governed by these Terms of Use and all applicable policies, which are hereby incorporated by reference. By merely using or transacting on the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use along with our Privacy Policy and other relevant policies, as may be updated from time to time.

For the purpose of these Terms of Use, the terms “you”, “user”, or “customer” shall mean any natural or legal person who accesses the Platform, places service orders, or interacts with the Platform in any manner. GNGGO permits browsing or service booking with or without registering on the Platform.

ACCESSING, BROWSING, OR USING THIS PLATFORM INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS OF USE. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING. By implicitly or explicitly accepting these Terms of Use, you also agree to be bound by GNGGO’s policies, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Refund Policy, as amended from time to time.

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time for legal, regulatory, or business reasons. Updated Terms will be published on www.gnggo.com/terms, and it is your responsibility to regularly review them. Continued use of the Platform or Services after such updates will be considered as your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

Please note that nothing on the Platform should be interpreted as a replacement for your own independent research or legal counsel. These Terms are considered an electronic record under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable amendments. As such, they do not require any physical or digital signature and are legally binding as generated by a computer system.

“Content” refers to, but is not limited to, reviews, images, photos, audio, video, location data, nearby places, and any other form of information or data. “Your Content” or “User Content” includes any content you upload, share, or transmit through or in connection with the Services—such as likes, ratings, reviews, images, photos, messages, profile information, and anything else you publicly display or that appears in your account profile.

“GNGGO Content” refers to content created by the Company and made available through the Services. This includes, but is not limited to, visual interfaces, interactive features, graphics, design elements, compiled information, software, computer code, products, and aggregated data such as ratings, reports, and other service-related usage metrics. All such content is provided in connection with your use of the Services, excluding User Content.

By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and are legally capable and competent to enter into and comply with these Terms, including all associated obligations, affirmations, and representations.

You also confirm that your use of the Services is in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your country of residence. You agree not to engage in any activity that may violate the rights of GNGGO or any third party.

If you are accessing the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to act on its behalf and agree to these Terms on behalf of the organization.

We aim to respond to all complaints at the earliest opportunity during business days and make every reasonable effort to resolve issues within 7 days.

Any comments, feedback, reviews, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions—whether disclosed, submitted, or offered to the Company, or made publicly on the Platform—will become and remain the Company's exclusive property. Such submissions automatically assign to the Company all worldwide rights, titles, and interests in them.

You agree that no Comments submitted by you will infringe upon any third-party rights, and that such submissions will not be libelous, unlawful, abusive, or obscene. You are solely responsible for the content you create.

• Attempting to compromise the integrity, functionality, or security of the platform.
• Transmitting disruptive, false, or misleading data.
• Spamming or unsolicited communication.
• Using automated tools, bots, or agents to interact with the platform.
• Circumventing or disabling platform security mechanisms.

GNGGO reserves the right to disable content, retain associated data for at least 90 days, and immediately terminate access in cases of violations or breaches of law.

We may share user data with affiliates or authorities in compliance with applicable laws. Transfers may occur within India or to other countries with adequate data protection, only where necessary or with your consent.

Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranties or guarantees. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, data, or property damage.

Any disputes will be referred to a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Courts of Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and jurisdiction of Delhi, India.

We may contact you via phone, email, WhatsApp, or SMS for feedback, complaint resolution, or service-related queries. Suggestions or feedback you provide may be used freely without compensation.
