Shipping Policy – Get N Go Impex Pvt Ltd (GNGGO)

At Get N Go Impex Pvt Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “GNGGO”), we are committed to delivering genuine, high-quality auto parts and accessories to your doorstep in the fastest and safest manner. This Shipping Policy explains our procedures, timelines, and conditions for product dispatch, delivery, and reverse logistics in alignment with our Refund Policy.

1. Shipping Coverage

  • We deliver across India to all serviceable pin codes covered by our logistics partners.
  • In rare cases where your location is not serviceable, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery method or process a full refund.
  • International shipping is currently not available.

2. Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with order details.
  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 24–48 business hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Stock Availability: If a product is out of stock or requires additional sourcing time, you will be notified promptly.

3. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): 3–5 business days.
  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–7 business days.
  • Remote/Interiors: 7–10 business days.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier constraints, weather conditions, strikes, or force majeure events.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Orders above ₹1,499 qualify for free standard delivery.
  • Flat Rate: For orders below ₹1,499, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 is applicable.
  • Heavy/Volumetric Items: Additional charges may apply for oversized/heavy parts (e.g., bumpers, silencers, alloy wheels). Charges will be displayed at checkout.
  • Return Logistics: For returns initiated due to customer choice, reverse logistics charges will be deducted:
    • Order below ₹1,000: ₹150
    • ₹1,001 – ₹2,500: ₹200
    • ₹2,501 – ₹5,000: ₹350
    • ₹5,001 – ₹10,000: ₹550
    • ₹10,001 – ₹15,000: ₹1,000
    Heavy or oversized items may have actual logistics charges applied.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive an SMS/Email with a tracking ID and courier details. You can also track your order in real-time on your My Orders page at www.gnggo.com.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners attempt delivery up to 2 times.
  • If undeliverable due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
  • Re-delivery can be arranged with applicable logistics charges borne by the customer.

7. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Products

Customers are requested to inspect the package at delivery. If you notice damage, tampering, or missing items, please record an unboxing video and inform our support team within 48 hours. Replacement/refund will be initiated as per our Return, Cancellation, and Refund Policy.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD is available on select pin codes up to ₹10,000.
  • COD charges (₹130 per order) are non-refundable in case of cancellations or returns.

9. Special Notes

  • Some auto parts (e.g., lubricants, flammable items, oversized goods) may have restricted shipping due to regulatory or logistical constraints.
  • GNGGO reserves the right to cancel or delay shipments due to unforeseen circumstances, with timely customer updates.
