Which courier services does GNG GO use for deliveries?

GNG GO partners with multiple reputable courier services including DTDC, Delhivery, and Blue Dart to ensure reliable delivery across India. We select the best carrier based on your location and the product type.

How long does it take for an order to be delivered?

Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities usually receive deliveries within 3-4 days, while rural areas may take up to 7 days. Delivery estimates are provided during checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this number in the "Track Order" section of our website or directly on the courier company's website for real-time updates.

Does GNG GO deliver across India?

Yes, we deliver to all states and union territories across India, including remote areas. For some special locations (like certain islands or restricted areas), delivery times may be longer and additional charges may apply.

Is express or same-day delivery available?

Express delivery (next business day) is available for select products in major cities. Same-day delivery is currently available in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, and Hyderabad for in-stock items ordered before 12 PM. These options appear during checkout if available for your order.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Address changes can be requested within 1 hour of placing the order through your account dashboard or by contacting customer support. After processing begins, changes may not be possible as the order enters our fulfillment system.

What should I do if my order is delayed?

First check the tracking information for updates. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact our customer support with your order number. We'll investigate and may offer compensation depending on the circumstances.

Can I return a product after purchase?

Yes, most products can be returned within our 7-day return window if they're unused, in original packaging with all tags and accessories included. Some categories like personalized items, software, and intimate products may be exempt from returns.

What is GNG GO's return policy?

Our standard policy allows returns within 7 days of delivery for most products. The item must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and verify the returned item. Some premium products may have extended 14-day return policies.

How do I request a refund?

Initiate a return through the "My Orders" section of your account or contact customer support. After approval, you'll receive return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

Please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged/incorrect item and your order details. We'll arrange for a free return and expedite a replacement or refund. For high-value items, we may arrange a pickup verification.

Are there any products that cannot be returned?

Yes, certain items cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or customization reasons. These include personalized products, software/electronics with broken seals, intimate apparel, perishable goods, and items marked as "non-returnable" on the product page.
